Classes for Adults

No, you are NOT too old to begin your martial arts journey! We have trained adults in their 40s and even those in their 70s. The goals for an adult student will be different than those for a child student and we help each individual meet their goals as well as keep their current physical needs in mind. The benefits you will see if you regularly train are:

  • ability to protect yourself in a dangerous situation

We train men and women in our school. Our classes have an extremely supportive group of peers that encourage as well as celebrate each other.
