Martial Arts for Kids

There are many benefits that children get out of consistent martial arts training, both physical and emotional. Kids that train regularly gain:

Classes for 4 and 5 year olds

We offer separate classes for kids ages 4 and 5 where they learn the basic foundations of Taekwondo as well as improve their coordination, balance, and agility. At Fakhoury Academy of Taekwondo we believe that children that young are capable of beginning to learn martial arts and we have seen many students who start that young and continue on into their teen years and earn their black belts. During their half an hour class students work on basic drills as well as exercise through games designed to target certain physical areas such as jumping and balance.
